TBM magazine: i4IP speaks about their cooperation with Summa
i4IP – a leading Dutch provider of high-quality VoIP, data and mobile services – and Summa announced their partnership in July 2015. At that time, i4IP decided to substitute their PBX platform with Summa’s state-of-the-art UCaaS solution. The company, already known for its excellent customer support, can now offer an even better service to its dealers and resellers by leaving the development and maintenance of the platform to Summa.
i4IP has released an interview to TBM magazine in which they describe their added value and their cooperation with Summa. i4IP has always been at the forefront of communications technology. In 2008 the company built its own network. They were the first to offer to the Dutch market integrated mobile and fixed lines based on GSM, WebRTC-based Unified Communications and a solution that combined hosted voice and collaboration tools. However, in order to always stay at pace with the fast changes in the IT market and while offering the excellent service their partners were used to, they decided to purchase a new, feature-rich platform – our Summa Complete solution.
For Summa, i4IP has proven to be the ideal partner as they effectively deployed our UCaaS platform into their network. The solution is totally customizable and combines a virtual PBX platform with collaboration tools, voice, video and chat. “i4IP stand out for their professionality and high-quality telephony and hosting services” says Greg Mason, CCO of Summa. “They are known for offering excellent customer support, and this is also very important for Summa when it comes to the solutions we develop. We value the personal relationships which they maintain with both resellers and suppliers, and which make our partnership with i4IP smooth and easy.”
