Summa in Top Three of Main Software 50
Almere, 10 November 2017 – Software company Summa wins the Main Software 50 in third place in the “overall” category together with its sister company and service provider Voiceworks. This is the third year in a row that Summa lands on the top three of the Main Software 50 Award.
The selected companies of the Main Software 50 are ranked over five criteria: the “substance” of the company, revenue growth, quality of revenue, partner strategy and internationalization. Summa and Voiceworks have seen regular, stable growth and revenue in the past years and continue to expand their international teams in the Netherlands, Germany, Spain and Serbia, and deliver high quality software developed in-house.
Summa received the prize in the “overall”category during the award ceremony on Thursday 9th November at The Harbour Club in Amsterdam.
Koen van Geffen, CEO of Summa and Voiceworks: “Our idea behind Summa – when we launched it almost 3 years ago – was to create an innovation lab for Voiceworks and other international partners to always stay at the forefront of market developments. So was launched our state-of-the-art platform Coligo in June this year. Voiceworks’ and Summa’s partners will be able to benefit from the co-creation possibilities that our platform offers as it enables 3rd party integration. This shows our commitment to always innovate within our company and in cooperation with other parties, in the attempt of delivering the best solutions to our partners”.
Quality and Internationalization
Summa’s focus on delivering quality software necessitates the best skills in the trade. Thanks to Summa’s expansion into Spain and Serbia, the company can attract even more experienced developers and voice engineers from more than just the local lab in Almere, increasing their talent pool.
The Main Software 50 turns five this year and the award is one of the most renowned amongst Dutch companies.
